[asterisk-r2] MFC R2 Variant Venezuela using openR2

Currently is set MFC R2 inbound and DTMF outbound. Do you think maybe
there's the problem?

Are you sure if your E1 support mfcr2 signalling ?  CANTV use DTMF
signalling as default.
