[asterisk-r2] MFC R2 Variant Venezuela using openR2

If you thin you're using the wrong cable ( using cross-over instead of
straight RJ45 ) you can just flip the Tx/Rx in the balun coaxial side and
see if that helps.

Also, if that does not help try removing the crc setting from your R2 link.
