Ask your provider whether he supports DID trunks. We had the same
problem until we switched to DID for multiple numbers hosted by a single
provider.
In a DID trunk, the provider usually signals the corresponding number
with every call. This allows you to differentiate between different
numbers using patterns.
Then again, if you _dont_ want to differentiate between numbers, you can
use a 'catchall' incoming rule with a pattern like "_." or "_X." (first
is not recommended by digium i think, but it worked for us whereas the
second pattern didn't).
