[asterisk-gui] Creating blank lines in config files

This problem is not yet solved in recent versions of asterisk-gui
I am using the below versions of asterisk.., hopes some work around will be there for this...

Asterisk/SVN-branch-1.6.2-r206604
Asterisk GUI-version : SVN-branch-2.0-r4970
