[asterisk-gui] using a tmp directory for "sysinfo_output"

humm... using /var/spool/asterisk/tmp/ is not as easy as it sounds. The
output file needs to be accessible from the client side javascript... so has
to be under the path served by asterisk's httpd.

Need to think about this one a bit more thoroughly I think.
