[asterisk-gui] custom dialplan: extensions.{ael,lua}

I tried to find an easy spot in the GUI to add custom dialplan to the
one used by extensions without having to patch the javascript code
as well. Tough luck. No such option.

Workaround: place my custom dialplan in extensins.ael .
