[asterisk-gui] IAX and SIP

That particular case can be EASILY fixed by just
naming the trunk_x to the username. (we do this with voicepulse)

Some easy code hacking could make it permanent (like voicepulse-iax)
since I already did all the work. sed -i 's/voicepulse-iax/provider/g'
filename.html.

The gui is in a stable release, asteriskNOW is not. The gui
(branches/asterisknow) is pretty stable, and we need people to report
bugs, so use it! ;]

The client is finally coming to terms that playing around in the GUI while beta isn't what they should be doing while trying to run a production system. So until the GUI is final release were just going to configure the system by hand like normal. Unfortunately their 800 is setup with a provider they were using on Trixbox so until its ported its sort of stuck.
