[asterisk-gui] "Checking write permission for gui folder"

I have found some further information on this:

The previous line in Firebug is:

and the response from that is :

Response: Error

Message: Channel not specified

I'm not sure where to go from here. I am using asterisk 1.6.0.3-rc1.
