[asterisk-gui] asterisk Gui and mISDN / Digital Card Support

Andrew,

This is exactly what I plan on doing.

The problem comes in when people put down esf,b8zs and their
span does not come out of red alarm, its the GUI's fault.

But I think im going to make a team branch and start hacking at
it if anyone wants to beta test the stuff.

It will be pretty awesome when its done. I think this will be
a huge step for the GUI as a whole.
