[asterisk-gui] asterisk Gui and mISDN / Digital Card Support

I agree with Andrew,  if we would cover 70% Percent for E1/T1 cards 
settings and nearly 90% of BRI cards setups (there's not so much config 
options for BRI, which are *really* important). It would be much better 
than covering 0% of digital cards like we do now ;)
