[asterisk-gui] rico in the GUI

It's a very good idea. That would make the GUI better for not so fast
machines. I think it's better to have performanc than a not so nice
look and feel. I know that the aim of the GUI is to be nice and
friendly, but we can get a cute GUI without those effects or do what
bkuse said... He's right, there are al lot of libraries you can use.
