[asterisk-gui] rico in the GUI

Pari,

I like this idea as long as we can find or make a replacement
that is just as use able and looks just as nice.


There are tons of open source "libraries" out there for javascript
like effects.js and draganddrop.js that we can use for making the
gui have nice looking effects while increasing scalability and lowering
memory usage.

I think all in all its a good idea, as long as we do not break anything 
in the process :D
