I've updated my work in progress page:

I've changed the menus structure to be simpler (FYI - This is a work
in progress.  Not all functions work yet) and to reflect what most
people would need in a menu. The biggest change from the original
source is the removal of the "steps" concept.  This would be the
biggest hang-up for my mother and other non-technical folks.  By
simply having a single step and some basic rules, the menu becomes
much easier.

I've also added at the bottom of the page a link to download both the
code and the config files.  The code should be un-tarred in your
/var/lib/asterisk/static-http directory.  (Be sure to back up your
existing "config" directory first!).  The "asterisk.tar.gz" should be
untarred in /etc (and be sure to back up or rename your "asterisk"
directory!).

As always, suggestions are much appreciated.
