The intention here was that we want to allow anyone to make comments and we don't expect to be able to do anything with those comments.  For the documentation itself, we accept contributions under our contributor license agreement.  The CC license is what we chose to distribute the documentation under.

Understood.  This is what I'm going to check around about changing.

As stated by the license, no.  As a contribution to the project documentation under the contributor license agreement, yes.

Like I said, I'm going to revisit the choice of license.  I just need a bit of time since I'm traveling at the moment.
