The Broadsoft SLA implementation is mostly replaced by the IETF dialog-info subscriptions and call pickups,
which we do support. I don't see the reason to support something very old while most phones I've used
properly support dialog-info today.

Let the patch be available in the bug tracker, but since there's almost no interest in it, let it stay there.
