[asterisk-dev] Voice for callee after hangup

Hi,
How can I leave the voice channel open for the callee after call is hangup by the caller? I need to play IVR options to the callee.
I've googled this topic and found nothing. There is this thread: http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-dev/2005-December/017391.html but it was not resolved there. I also tried using the 'h' extension but after hangup the voice channel is closed at this point.
