[asterisk-dev] Reviewboard: How do you request a code review?

I'm new to reviewboard and need some help please, I've been relying on bug
tracker for too long...
 
I've published 2 projects, regarding ISDN subaddress support, but don't seem
to be able to get it to request a 'code review' to the 'group' and 'people'
listed.
 
I've 'Published' both, neither are at 'draft' status, but they don't appear
in the asterisk-dev mailing lists
 
The review requests are:
    for asterisk https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/405
    for libpri https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/404
