Hi all,

Can you please give me your feedback on the following issue/patch?
Thanks.

I created a patch that will enable NOISY_BUILD when you run ./configure
with the --enable-dev-mode flag.
This will show the complete build command instead of the 'friendly' [CC]
somefile.c => somefile.o
When running ./configure without this flag the 'friendly' line will be
shown unless the user runs 'make NOISY_BUILD=yes'

Why you ask?
Every once in a while I need this full build command output to see if
all the flags are set correctly etc. Right now, I have to open the
Makefile to see what this var was called again, and rerun my make after
it.
And I think developers can handle this output. and we dont bother the
normal users with it.

Ticket in question: https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15607

Thanks for the feedback.
