[asterisk-dev] called party subaddress support

With Libpri, asterisk supports calling party subaddress, to allow inbound
calls to asterisk to be directed to the appropriate extension.
 
But what is missing is the outbound equivalent, called party subaddress.
 
Which would allow many of us with multiple PRI/BRI ISDN connected asterisk
sites to be able to directly call into the sister PABX over the ISDN
network.
Having that, DDI's are the obvious answer, but here in NZ DDI's don't come
cheap, where as Called Number Sub Address is enabled by default.

Has any one implemented it, and are prepared to release their
implementation.
