There should not be any duplicates. If the prompt is used directly in
the Asterisk code, we should leave it in the main sounds package. If
not, it should be removed and kept in extras instead.

While it makes sense to have _all_ of the sounds in the main package for
each language we distribute, it does not make sense to have the same
requirement for the extra sounds. As you have pointed out, this package
includes prompts intended for comedic purposes only, and do not need to
be translated.
