[asterisk-dev] after a while, iax peers becomes unreachable/reachable

last week somebody wrote here an issue with unreachables of iax peers 
after week of asterisk operation,
I have similar problem, peers doesn't stays in unreachable state, but 
status is changing unreachable/reachable,
restarting asterisk solves this issue
I have suspicion that asterisk sends wrong sequence number in 
qualify/pong messages, it is considered as INVAL and peer become 
unreachable.
