[asterisk-dev] Increasing AST_PBX_MAX_STACK

Hello Wolfgang,

actually I've already opened a bug report, see
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10096

I've attached some plain Asterisk conf files to reproduce the issue
because it doesn't really depend on VoiceOne - this is a matter of
fact.
