Read the docs, and make sure to not use inband.

Go understand why VoIP is UDP, and why the retransmissions of errors in
TCP is a quality breaker for VoIP.

Yea, many telco companies will drop copper wires off to your business
and terminate any service you pay for on them. In fact that is the
majority of their business.

Don't expect better treatment here. You are on the wrong list. Your
questions have been about how to use asterisk, not how to develop code
for asterisk. This makes you a user. Please redirect to the user list.
But you might want to read some docs first so you know what you are
asking.
