[asterisk-dev] UK CallerID on TMD400 card

This definately seems broken.

Using a TDM400 and Zap channels with phones plugged in, when dialing a
phone it errors with "CallerID Spill" or similar. It works fine with US
CallerID using US phones, but unfortunately this isn't an option as it's
on a UK site and strangely they have UK phones.

This definately looks like a bug ...
