[Asterisk-Dev] app_bridge testers wanted

Howdy,

This is a solicitation for testers for the following
new app...

It allows you to bridge to another channel by name in
the dialplan.

This is a related to a manager event that does pretty
much the same thing (bug 4297).  Please note that two
of the three patches allow for patching both the
manager event and the app at onces.

The first two patches should be deleted.
