[asterisk-dev] codec negotiation API incapsulation

Do anyone interested for codec negotiation API incapsulation, that can
make easer adding wideband, codec negotiation changes (like #4825) and
vide support?

I make this changes in team/oej/codecnegotiation branch. It's trivial add
some incapsulation functions, and patches to some asterisk modules for
using this new functions.

Changes are very simple and can be reviewed easily, but greatly
simplificate all future changes in codec negotiation logic.

Please, review this changes and comment it. If anyone like this changes, I
can modify all modules for using this interface, and upgrade it, that
no one modules (with chan_* exceptions) would need to know any about info,
that now in readformat/writeformat/nativeformats ast_channel entries.
