Nobody has used chan_sccp code nor do we want to, nor would we need your 
authorization.

I have written AND DISCLAIMED chan_h323 and chan_skinny as well as 
countless hours of debugging, testing and performance analysis of 
Asterisk.  Along with real-world, production deployment of thousands, if 
not more, solutions based on Asterisk.
