Oddly enough I have had a problem with a TE410P and a Dell 750. While
connected to a T400P in another machine, I can get a PRI up and pass
traffic, if I try disconnecting our Telco PRI from the T400P and hook it
up to the TE410P using the same configs, it won't bring up the D
channel. If it does bring it up, it is unstable. Pull the cord and plug
it back into the T400P and all is right again.
