[Asterisk-Dev] TDMoE + kernel badness

i have done some testing with TDMoE without success on 2.6.X kernels.
TDMoE on 2.4 kernel is useless too, because the driver is causing CPU 
spikes without any reason.
So we started to use IAX  for fax and data modem because it work. (i was 
thinking, that TDMoE is required for fax and data)
