[Asterisk-Dev] Transfer hold party to active party

Just to make sure, are you referring to a scenario like this?
 call 1:
channel 1 is sitting at a music on hold extension (or other holding ext but
not a bridged call, i.e connected to channel 4)
 call 2:
channel 2 is bridged to channel 3
 where channel 3 is trying to connect party 1 with party 2 with a transfer.
If so, this is the same scenario I am trying to figure out.
 If party 1 is connected to another party, you can do this by using the
masqerade function. Masquerade as party 4 to do this. Party 4 will be hung
up as if party 1 had simply hung up their phone.
