Hello,
the scenario is this:
In a Sip phone i have two calls
- call1: party1 - mySipPhone; the call state is hold
- call2: party2 - mySipPhone; the call state is active
I have transfer the hold party to the active party, and mySipPhone will be without calls after that.
Thank you.

Just to make sure, are you referring to a scenario like this?
call 1:
channel 1 is sitting at a music on hold extension (or other holding ext but not a bridged call, i.e connected to channel 4)
call 2:
channel 2 is bridged to channel 3
where channel 3 is trying to connect party 1 with party 2 with a transfer. If so, this is the same scenario I am trying to figure out.
If party 1 is connected to another party, you can do this by using the masqerade function. Masquerade as party 4 to do this. Party 4 will be hung up as if party 1 had simply hung up their phone.

Hello,
i need transfer a call in the next scenario:
I have two calls in a Sip channel: call1: party1 - Sip and call2: Sip -
party2. The call1 is in held state and call2 is active. I need transfer the
hold call two active call. This is the result: call3: party1 - party2.
How can do this with manager api or using a Asterisk function?
Thank you
