[Asterisk-Dev] Transfer hold party to active party

Hello,
i need transfer a call in the next scenario:
I have two calls in a Sip channel: call1: party1 - Sip and call2: Sip -
party2. The call1 is in held state and call2 is active. I need transfer the
hold call two active call. This is the result: call3: party1 - party2.

How can do this with manager api or using a Asterisk function?
