[Asterisk-Dev] 'tonezone' in chan_zap.c

I don't think it would hurt to have less of an attitude with these type
of things. Alot of really good developers don't have alot of time to
poor through endless tens of thousands of lines of code to find out the
answer to a simple question. I think asterisk is missing out on alot
of top notch developers due to the attitude they have towards the
people that would wish to help write code. Some of developers spend 18
hours a day develop software that makes them a living, and if it would
be easier to be accepted, or have help bring them up to speed their
contributions to the community could be immense.

While speaking for myself only, it isn't usually a concern about who is
chased away. Open source software is a labor of love. If you love
something enough to be interested in hanging around, you wouldn't have
been put off by the comment. If you could be put off by the comment,
then you are less likely to make a dent in the community one way or
another.

If you are willing to not worry so much about little rough things, you
will be more likely to be accepted.
