[Asterisk-Dev] make menuconfig

Hey everyone,

I have started working on a menuconfig system for use with Asterisk.   
It is functional, but I still have a list of things I would like to  
complete before I feel it is ready to merge into the trunk.  I have  
created an issue in Mantis which provides further details on the  
implementation and its use.
