[Asterisk-Dev] Potential debuggin patches for chan_sip.c

If you are using ast_log() then -vvv will not enhance your logging
output to the console, you need to enable the right logging level to be
written to the screen as well as the logfiles in logger.conf. Nothing
special in find_peer.
