[Asterisk-Dev] Problems with ring debounce on TDM400P FXO channel

I spent a fair amount of time about three or four weeks ago trying the
different options using the Silicon Labs tech sheet. I was attempting
to verify whether the different settings had any impact on echo, and
by simply listening (no instrumentation) I could not detect any impact.
(3 active pstn lines from two central offices, all with the same
identical issues.)

I'm waiting on a 965DST transmission test set to help with the process,
but it had to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Hopefully within
the next week or so it should be here and I can spend some time trying
to isolate the issues.

I had not attempted to judge the impact of the ring debounce issue.
