While I don't know for sure, but I bet it has to do with lack of a
device for that signal to be sent to. The only IAX2 devices would be the
not yet sold IAXY and the snom with unofficial IAX image. Maybe when the
IAXY becomes a purchasable product, the MWI will be of more interest.
