[Asterisk-Dev] Call record - soxmix barfs on gsm files

I recorded a 57 minute call this morning from * generating 2 6 Mbyte files 
to be mixed by soxmix as expected.  However, soxmix gave up 257k through. 
It seems * drops zero length frames into the gsm output.  soxmix stops on 
the first one of these it finds and doesn't process to the end of the 
recorded call.

It's possible to horribly hack soxmix to work round this but is there a way 
to stop * writing zero length gsm frames?
