[Asterisk-Dev] Timeout

I'm using Asterisk to develop a replacement/backup phone switch. Using Disa on the inbounds of a T410P, I'm getting 5 second delays (the default) before dialtone is returned. I've tried changing DigitTimeout, ResponseTimeout, etc... with no success. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
