fair that the patent system lets you patent "the combover", "swinging 
sideways on a swing", or "one click shopping". It's impossible for the 
little guy, because there's almost 7 million patents, and it's nearly 
impossible to do anything these days without violating one of them.

Mostly, I'm saying that you should not support patented work, and 
instead should support patent-free alternatives.
