Nope, they will build their own provider, just like they do with spam.
Then setup with different "customer names" that their "provider" can kick as 
needed to keep the appearance up.

Of course behind the doors they coordinate all this stuff. Follow the trace of 
spam and you'll find them go to just a few sources.
