Well, your code links to *. So it has to be GPL licensed if you want to
distribute it (just like my chan_capi). If it is not GPL licensed you 
would be violating the GPL (because * is GPL licensed) by distributing
it (which you obviously do by offering the source code for download).

Somebody slap me if i am wrong. :)
