Offtopic, but I have a bug that needs implementing - my SIP provider
requires this fairly new functionality. Without it (and with my limited
hacks) I can only talk for 5 minutes before getting disconnected.

While I am fairly efficient at C, I don't know enough of the asterisk
internals to implement this.

Out of those who *do* know how to go about implementing this, how
much would you charge to have that feature implemented?
