[Asterisk-Dev] Agentlogin - transfer issue

Hi All,

Ok, here's the scoop.

An Zap-Agent logs in via app/agentlogin - they are now listening to MOH.
A call is routed to that agent through app/queue from a Zap line,
Agent answers call, Talks and needs to transfer the call to another
agent/queue. In using <flashhook> getting a second line, initiating a
3-way call to announce the transfer to the new agent, <flashhook>
again, Both agents and caller are now on line.

Now comes the problems: how does agent 1 release the call to Agent 2,
and go back to available for call?

If Agent 1 leaves the call via hangup:
1. The agent is now logged off, not returned to available in queue.
New agent and caller are are dropped.

If Agent 1 <flashhooks>,
He is now back as Agent and incoming caller on line, no new agent in
call, no transfer of caller to new agent,

If Agent 1 presses * to end call,
Nothing happens.

Now if I do not use Agentlogin, and use just a straight extension, upon
hangup, the call is connected.

3-way calling is enabled in zapata.conf
transfer is Y

queue is TtH

Agent 1 is Zap channel
incoming caller is Zap
Agent 2 is SIP/IAX user.

Any enlightening thoughts?

Thanks.
James-
