Why use an AGI for that?  I think most of these could be implemented
from "extensions.conf" alone.  I already have CFU, CFB and CFNA in there,
using Asterisk's internal DB to store the variables, based on kapejod's
version (http://www.junghanns.net/asterisk/).  I find it much
cleaner that way.  Anyways, I'll have a look at your implementation.

If anyone's intrested, I'll post an updated an updated version of
what I use.  The one I previously posted had some bugs in it, which
have since been corrected.
