[Asterisk-Dev] ANNOUNCE: CLASS-like features for Asterisk

There are several ways to add this functionality: AGI, dial plan, and an
app_*.  I didn't like the hoops I'd have to jump thru to add these
features to the dial plan, and I'm not comfortable enough with writing
an app_*, so I decided on Perl.  Since much of what has to be done deals
with strings, it seemed like Perl would be a good choice.
