Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

My ztcfg & zaptel modules were compiled at the same time, but this issue
persists. Anything above 1.4.7.1 will not work for me on x86_64.

Also, I was able to use 1.4.8 on i386 successfully, but with the upgrade
to 1.4.9, it won't work on i386.

Maximum functioning release per platform:
x86_64 1.4.7.1
i386   1.4.8
