Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

Anyway, Please checkout the latest revision from zaptel 1.4 branch (rev
3874)
and then apply the patch traces_patch_1_4_rev3874.
This will add some traces when loading the zone and when dialing over an
FXO line.
So please test it and provide the output so to check if we are facing the
same issue or not....
(You'll have to load zaptel and run ztcfg as usual to load the zone and
then try to make an outbound call with one of your fxo line).
When I use an old ztcfg the zone is badly initialized and when it prints
the dtmf everything is 0s.
