Summary:                    Asterisknow-gui, can't save calling rules
Description: 
The save and cancel buttons have disappeared on the calling rules page.

Also the middle section of the pages often are super imposed over the
right collumn rendering the help information invisible.

When you click edit, or add a new calling rule, the save and cancel buttons
are there.

I am sorry, im not sure exactly what you see left or is gone now?
