Summary:                    Asterisknow-gui, can't save calling rules
Description: 
The save and cancel buttons have disappeared on the calling rules page.

Also the middle section of the pages often are super imposed over the
right collumn rendering the help information invisible.

ahh ok, adding new rules opens another 'form', how can I save the setting
of the tick box for 'allow parked calls'?
